Your attic has some insulation but not enough. We top it up to R60 — the Ontario standard — so your furnace stops working overtime.
Bare attic? We take it from zero to a full R60 blanket in one visit, with baffles and air sealing so it performs like it should.
Old, compacted, contaminated or moldy insulation comes out cleanly before new material goes in. No shortcuts.
For rim joists, cantilevers and tricky spots where blown-in can't reach. Sealed tight, sized right.
Mold on sheathing or rafters treated and remediated properly — then we fix the ventilation issue that caused it.
